Compassionate, collaborative, focused care
I earned a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College in 1998 and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I specialize in providing mental health services for children, adolescents, and adults who have been impacted by trauma, grief, mood disorders, anxiety, and concerns related to self-harm and suicidality. My approach is collaborative and primarily involves cognitive-behavioral techniques.
